千鹤 日本餐厅在日式餐界得了很好的评语。

这几年来，我在KL和PJ 物色一些日式自由餐Buffet。
刚好发现了这家的超过80多种的选择，RM49.90/一位

菜单上还有粼粼种种的选择，可惜我吃不下了。只好等下一趟吧。综合，客户服务还蛮好，还可以更好的。看看这家的装饰，就知道老板的用心了。服务生很好记忆的，我要求的他们都记得很清楚。赞！有一点要提醒大家的，菜单上指明不很清晰。有任何疑问，可以问那里的员工他们很乐意为你服务。 食物的新鲜度？emm，如那厨师用不新鲜的材料，就证明他不是一位合格的厨师。我很了解日式厨师的专业道德。可是，偶尔也会有一些害群之马。

They now offer you a range of the best of the Midwest cuisine, from light foods and soups (such as chicken noodles soups, sandwiches and burgers) to hearty meals (such as the classical meatloaf, pork chops, pork ribs, and pork bellies.)

这是我的大日子当天的晚餐。

这顿生日大餐策划了很久，自从上次经朋友提及后，就一直久仰这间餐厅的大名。

这是非常值得纪念及特别的生日派对晚餐。不知不觉的开始期待明年的生日大餐了
（会不会有一点早？？）

回到正题，这家美式餐厅的确是非常好的用餐地点，餐厅的气氛很好，食物也很赞。

就因为这样，傍晚六点半餐厅就已经坐满了人，外头还有许多排着队的客人。
没办法，好的食物是值得等待的。
看官们若是不想排长龙还是早一点到为妙。

鸡肉意大利面汤 (附加两片大蒜面包) 

这家美式餐厅提供的汤有别于一般西式餐厅的奶油浓汤，他们有的是清甜的美式蔬菜肉汤，包括：鸡肉意粉汤，火腿番茄汤，烤鸡洋葱汤和火腿青豆汤。
每周的汤都不一样，所以得参考餐厅的布告板或向侍应生查询。 
这星期的汤是鸡肉意粉汤，很有家的味道，有点像中式的ABC汤，配上两片烤得酥脆的大蒜面包恰恰好。

波斯顿啤酒 香焖猪肩肉

 猪肩肉和啤酒一起焖4到6个小时，切片再香煎。
再配上马铃薯泥，青豆和萝卜。
繁杂的烹煮过程可见厨师的心思与诚意。

肉质嫩滑，可以说得上是入口即化，浓郁的酱汁也值得赞扬。
这猪扒简直是太赞了！

香橙奶油猪扒

这道猪扒是用美国中西部的煮法，将软嫩的肉扒香煎，再淋上浓浓的酱料。
酱料是由橙汁和芝士烹调而成，都是天然的调味料。
芝士的咸味，配上橙汁的甜味，就已经恰到好处。
那些人造味素，哪比得上这天然的美味啊？
